President's Letter

Dear AMDPI.com Visitor:

American Dental Partners has many responsibilities. We have a responsibility to our colleagues. We have a responsibility to the affiliated practices, which in turn have a responsibility to their dentists and patients. We have a responsibility to our shareholders and lenders. And, we have a responsibility to our communities. These are tremendous responsibilities.

Many organizations talk about "responsibility" and "commitment" in general terms, but American Dental Partners and the affiliated practices put those words into action on a daily basis through the hands of a remarkable group of more than 4,000 caring people. This year's annual report pays tribute to all of them by showing several of them at work where — to their patients and their communities — they represent the human face of responsibility.
